The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it has withheld the results of candidates involved in sessions affected by unacceptable examination practices.
This follows what the board described as a painstaking review of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and revelations that emerged from the exercise.
The affected centres are located in Warri, Delta State, and Aba, Abia State.
The affected centres are: College of Education ICT Centre, Opposite Shell Gate, Edjeba, along NNPC Complex Road, Warri, Delta State and Pacia International College, Opposite Former Blue Water Hotels, Nigercat Road, Off NPA Expressway, Ekpan-Effurun, Delta State.
Also affected are: Opel Resources Centre 1, No. 6 Solomon Oboro Close, Off D.S.C. Roundabout, Before Vital Foam Building, Effurun, Warri, Delta State and Abia State College of Health Science CBT Centre, Aba, Abia State.
In a statement, JAMB spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, said candidates affected by the development will be rescheduled to sit for the examination during the board’s mop-up exercise.
He added that the review process is still ongoing and that more results could be withdrawn where necessary.
