The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it has concluded arrangements for the conduct of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), scheduled to hold from April 16 to April 22 nationwide.
The board disclosed that no fewer than 2.2 million candidates are expected to sit for the examination across 966 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres, noting that 23 centres had been delisted over poor performance recorded during the recent mock UTME.
JAMB advised candidates who are yet to print their examination slips to visit its official website, stressing that the slips contain vital information such as the date, time and venue of the examination.
It added that special provisions had been made for candidates living with disabilities through its Equal Opportunity Group to ensure inclusiveness in the exercise.
The board also warned that it would enforce strict sanctions against examination malpractice, including the possession of prohibited items, to safeguard the integrity of the examination.
