Governor Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated Most Rev. Paulinus Ezeokafor on the occasion of his 18th Episcopal Consecration Anniversary as Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese.
The congratulation was contained in his goodwill message signed by his Press Secretary, Christian Aburime.
The Governor extolled the Bishop for having shepherded the Catholic faithful in Awka Diocese with exceptional dedication, steadfast faith and profound wisdom for the past remarkable 18 years.
“The esteemed cleric’s passionate leadership has not only strengthened the spiritual fabric of Anambra State but has also contributed immensely to its social and moral development,” he said.
Soludo particularly commended Bishop Ezeokafor’s tireless efforts in youth empowerment, promotion of Christian values, and humanitarian service to the less privileged.
“His numerous initiatives have touched countless lives and continue to make our state a better place for all, together with his consistent advocacy for peace, justice, and development in Nigeria during challenging times,” he added.
While wishing the cleric well on his Episcopal milestone, Soludo prayed God for continued strength, wisdom, and good health as his ministry continued to flourish and produce abundant fruits for God’s glory and benefit of humanity.
