Tinubu deserves second term — RHA Coordinator mobilizes Anambra APC ahead of presidential primaries

Okey Ezenwa

Anambra State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Chief Okey Ezenwa, has called on all its zonal, local government, and ward coordinators to mobilize members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to vote massively for President Tinubu during Saturday’s presidential primaries.

In a statement issued in Awka on Friday, Ezenwa explained that the APC presidential primaries would be conducted through a direct voting system across all electoral wards nationwide.

He urged party members in Anambra State to troop out in large numbers and support President Tinubu as the party’s candidate for the 2027 presidential election.

According to him, members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Anambra are expected to spearhead the mobilisation drive by ensuring overwhelming support for the president at the grassroots level.

Ezenwa maintained that President Tinubu deserves a second term in office, citing what he described as significant achievements recorded within the last three and a half years.

He noted that the president had laid a strong foundation for economic recovery and sustainable growth through reforms.

These include the introduction of a unified foreign exchange regime, the removal of fuel subsidy, stabilisation of the naira, and the execution of major infrastructural projects across the country.

He listed ongoing projects receiving priority attention under the Tinubu administration to include the Badagry-Sokoto Superhighway, the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, and the Enugu-Onitsha, Enugu-Umuahia-Aba-Port Harcourt expressways.

According to Ezenwa, these projects are critical to Nigeria’s economic expansion and regional connectivity.

SEDC as a major breakthrough

He also praised the establishment of the South East Development Commission (SEDC), describing it as a major breakthrough for infrastructure and industrial development in the South-East region after years of neglect.

“The establishment of the South East Development Commission remains a landmark achievement for the region.

“President Tinubu made it possible after decades of abandonment, and that credit belongs to him,” he said.

Ezenwa further stated that the gradual reduction in the prices of staple food items was another indication that the administration’s economic reforms were yielding positive results.

He reminded APC members in Anambra that the journey towards securing President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027 begins with Saturday’s presidential primaries at the ward level.

Ezenwa urged all party faithful to participate actively and vote for the president to ensure continuity of what he described as ongoing transformational leadership and development across the country.
