President Bola Tinubu is set to inaugurate key infrastructure projects across multiple states, beginning with the launch of a cargo airport in Iperu, Ogun State.
The president will also unveil two commercial aircraft dedicated to the import and export of goods, a move aimed at strengthening trade and boosting the state’s economic growth.
During the Ogun visit, Tinubu will further commission the newly constructed Federal Operations Unit building of the Nigerian Customs Service, along with a fleet of operational vehicles to enhance its activities.
Following the Ogun engagements, the president will return to Lagos to continue the Easter holiday.
While in Lagos, he is expected to commission several major infrastructure projects executed under the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The projects lined up for inauguration include the Ojota/Opebi Link Bridge, the Lagos State Geographic Information System Building, a newly constructed multi-agency complex named after the president, and a modern school complex.
As part of his schedule, Tinubu will also travel to Bayelsa State on April 10, where he is expected to commission completed projects delivered by Governor Duoye Diri, before returning to Abuja.
