Prince Chukwudi Oli unveils bold blueprint for DNA Constituency

Chukwudi Oli

A legal practitioner of repute, Prince Chukwudi Oli has stepped forward as a leading aspirant to represent Dunukofia, Njikoka, and Anaocha Federal Constituency under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), promising a new era of accountable, people-driven leadership.

Speaking to newsmen about his ambition at his countryhome in Nri, in Anaocha LGA, an emotional Oli expressed deep conviction about his journey and mission, describing his candidacy not as a quest for power, but a deliberate call to serve.

“I have always been intentional in everything I do,” he said, emphasizing that his ambition is driven by capacity, not sentiment or political entitlement.

The constituency—one of the largest in Nigeria, comprising 51 wards and hundreds of polling units across the three local governments—holds a special place in his heart.

While acknowledging the contributions of past representatives, Oli insists that the time has come for a shift toward transformational leadership.

“I am not the kind of leader who seeks to elevate himself above the people,” he declared. “I am a servant leader.

My mission is to serve with the resources meant for the people and to ensure that every kobo is accounted for.”

Sustainable development drive

Rejecting conventional, short-term political gestures, Oli outlined a long-term vision centered on human capital development.

According to him, true representation goes beyond distributing handouts or installing streetlights.

“It lies in building entrepreneurs, empowering youths with practical skills, and creating sustainable opportunities that will endure for generations.

“We must move from dependency to productivity. Our youths must be equipped with skills that guarantee them a future. The future is now.”

Oli’s story is one of resilience and self-made success. Born to a poor family, he rose through determination and discipline to become a respected legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience.

Having worked with major financial institutions and handled high-profile cases, he now leads a thriving legal practice with over 40 lawyers under his mentorship.

Passion for humanity

Despite his wealth and accomplishments, he remains grounded in his roots.

“I once sold my luxury G-Wagon and used half of the money to construct the road in this community.

“That is just one of many humanitarian efforts he has undertaken quietly over the years.

“I am not running to enrich myself. God has already blessed me,” he stated firmly. “I am running to give back, to uplift my people, and to ensure prudent management of public resources.”

Oli pledged to openly disclose all constituency allocations and involve citizens directly in decision-making through regular town hall meetings.

“When the people know how much comes in, and they decide how it is spent, corruption has no place.”

Drawing from his legal expertise, Oli also promised effective lawmaking driven by grassroots engagement.

He stressed that understanding the real needs of the people is key to drafting impactful legislation.

“My experience in litigation, corporate law, and legislative processes gives me a clear advantage over other aspirants.

“I will sit with my people. We identify our priorities, and translate them into laws and projects that improve lives,” he assured.

On the issue of zoning, which has sparked debates within the constituency, Oli maintained a firm stance: leadership should be based on competence and vision.

While respecting all opinions, he urged constituents to prioritize capacity over sentiment.

Grassroots mobilization

As the political atmosphere intensifies, Oli has already begun grassroots mobilization, visiting over 20 wards to encourage party registration and participation—an effort he describes as unprecedented.

“This will not be business as usual,” he declared confidently. “We are setting a new standard—one built on integrity, inclusion, and impact.”

At 45, Oli represents a new generation of leadership—one that blends experience with innovation, and ambition with accountability.

With a reputation he fiercely protects and a track record of delivering on his promises, he is positioning himself not just as a candidate, but as a catalyst for change.

“I want to be remembered as a man who kept his word,” he said.

As the race for representation gathers momentum, one thing is clear: Prince Oli is not just asking for votes—he is offering a vision, a promise, and a new direction for Dunukofia, Njikoka, and Anaocha.

“With God, all things are possible—and together, we will build a future that works for everyone.”
