Co-founder/CEO, Teva Foods, Chima Christian has said that no African should go to bed on an empty stomach with the amount of abundance God has blessed the continent with.

Christian who disclosed this in a statement on Monday argued that it would amount to foolishness playing the blame game while citizens die of hunger.

He announced planting of 100,000 fruit trees ahead of official commissioning of the Phase One of Teva Foods’ Green Park Estate.

He said, “Africa holds 60% of the world’s uncultivated arable land. With Nigeria alone holding 50 million hectares of uncultivated arable land.

“With the amount of abundance in this blessed continent, no African should go to bed on an empty stomach.

“It will be unwise to keep playing the blame game while our people are dying of hunger.

Mobilizing human resources

Christian said, “It’s now time to mobilise our exceptional human resources, private capital, cutting edge technology and then impose our will on our fertile land to solve this hunger and unemployment issues.

“For people who will dare to partner with God to feed His children, the next few years will be radically transformational.

“Nigeria sits at an important intersection. Believe me, the giant of Africa will yet again do giant things.

“If you can make it to Jos, Plateau State on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, I humbly invite you to witness the official commissioning of the Phase One of Teva Foods’ Green Park Estate.

“We’ll start with planting of 100,000 fruit trees. The full picture of what we are building will be unveiled at the event.

“We are about to solve an important problem for the continent. What a time to be alive! Africa’s morning is at hand.”
