Making his presentation, theme discussant, Justin Okaro, delivered deep practical insights on entrepreneurship, wealth creation and business sustainability.

Ups and downs in business

Okaro explained how he experienced real ups and downs but remained focused, disciplined, and committed to his professional values.

He further motivated participants by explaining how he overcame those challenges through resilience, hard work, consistency, and integrity.

Okaro noted that the current economic situation is challenging, but success is possible for those who remain disciplined and adaptable.

He emphasised that he is still standing strong in his profession despite waves of economic hardship over the years because of experience, patience, and continuous learning.

His message deeply resonated with young entrepreneurs who saw him as a real-life example of survival, growth, and success in a competitive environment.

Founding President of UDUF Africa, Ezuma Chinedu, reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to empowering young people through entrepreneurship, leadership training, mentorship, volunteerism and community transformation initiatives.

He noted that UDUF Africa is positioning itself as a continental platform that connects young leaders to opportunities, knowledge, and networks that will enable them to compete globally and transform their communities effectively.

Knowledge to wealth
