President Bola Tinubu has appointed Prof. Shu’aibu Shehu Aliyu as the Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF).
Aliyu replaces Mr Ahmed Galadima Aminu, who resigned his appointment to pursue his ambition in the 2027 governorship election in Adamawa State.
The President also approved the renewal of the tenure of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN).
Details of the tenure renewal were not immediately disclosed.
