The Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Anambra State, has congratulated Mr Christian Aburime on his retention and elevation as Chief Press Secretary to Gov. Chukwuma Soludo’s second term administration.
In a congratulatory letter jointly signed by its Chairman, Mr Chuks Ilozue, and Secretary, Mrs Lucy Osuizigbo-Okechukwu, the chapel described Aburime’s reappointment as well deserved.
The chapel said the elevation was a testament to his dedication, professionalism and outstanding performance in the discharge of his duties.
According to the chapel, Aburime’s commitment to effective communication, transparency and the projection of government policies and programmes.
It expressed confidence that Aburime would continue to uphold high standards of journalism and public communication in his new role.
The body added that he would strengthen the relationship between the government and the media for the benefit of the people of Anambra State.

The chapel also assured him of its continued support and urged him to build a robust working relationship in promoting responsible journalism and credible information dissemination, while wishing him greater success in his new position.
