Wife of the Anambra State Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo, has felicitated with the Muslim community in the state and across the country on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a goodwill message on Thursday, Soludo, Founder of Healthy Living initiative, congratulated the Muslim Ummah for successfully completing the Ramadan fast.
She describef the period as one of deep reflection, sacrifice and devotion.
She noted that Eid-el-Fitr symbolises love, sacrifice and tolerance, which she said remained essential foundations for harmony and peaceful co-existence in society.
“Ramadan Kareem to the Muslim Ummah in Anambra State and all the faithful celebrating this important feast.
“Eid-el-Fitr reminds us that love, sacrifice and tolerance remain the greatest foundation of harmony and mutual co-existence,” she said.
Soludo urged Muslims to use the occasion to spread love and happiness within their communities.
“As you celebrate, remember that it is about sharing genuine love and happiness. Let someone around you smile because of your presence.
“Let love, kindness and unity prevail,” she added.
She wished Muslims a joyful Eid celebration and prayed for continued peace and unity in the state and the nation at large.
