ANA decorates Anambra Commissioner with Fellowship Award

The Association of Nigeria Authors has decorated the Anambra State Commissioner for Education Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, as a Fellow of the Association.

Prof. Chuma-Udeh was decorated today at the 2025 Fellowship Award ceremony conducted by the Association at the Chinua Achebe International Conference Center Mamma Vatsa Writers Village Km 2 Mpape Hills Maitama Extension Abuja.

Performing the ceremony, President ANA, Dr Usman Oladipo Akanbi said the award is in recognition of Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh’s outstanding demonstration of exceptional efforts towards the propagation of Literature in the service of humanity.

He said the association considered it a privilege to reckon the Commissioner’s enormous investments in literally genres, as a shining example of humanism, promotion of arts and peaceful co-existence.

He said, “the award is in recognition of Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh’s outstanding demonstration of exceptional efforts towards the propagation of Literature in the service of humanity.

“The nomination of Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, was in appreciation of her selfless contributions, exceptional literary accomplishments; commitment to nurturing literary talents and advocacy for freedom of expression and power of the written and spoken words.”
