People of Onitsha North local government area of Anambra state have described the Governor Chukwuma Soludo-led administration as the best ever.
They vowed to clear the 313 polling units in the 15 electoral wards in the area to prove their capacity to deliver the Governor come November 8 election.
Speaking during a campaign rally at Ezechima Primary School, Onitsha, Council Chairman, Tony Nworah hailed Soludo for road construction, security boost, youths entrepreneurship, economic lift, as well as schools and hospitals upgrade.
“The Governor has performance in security, road infrastructure, economic boost, free education, free maternal services, and youth empowerment is unprecedented.
“We’re going to clear the 313 polling units in the 15 electoral wards in the area for APGA,” he stated.
Earlier, the Governor expressed gratitude for the unprecedented support given to him by the people, promising that the support would not be taken for granted.
He also commended them for what he described as the miracle of Monday activation of business activities in the area.
While reassuring the people of more wonders after his re-election, Soludo appealed to them to come out enmass to vote massively for APGA on election day.
Highpoint of the event attended by Soludo’s deputy and running mate, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim and other government functionaries was presentation of over N30million cash donation as support for Soludo’s campaign.
