Opposition beneficiaries of Soludo’s 5-star governance – Group

A group, Leaders With Vision Initiative has endorsed the reelection bid of Governor Chukwuma Soludo ahead the November 8 election in Anambra State.

The group’s Coordinator, Ifeanyi Oge, while speaking at Light House, Awka said his group was fully prepared to mobilize votes for Soludo in their structures across council areas in the State.

The group also presented a cheque of N2 million to Soludo as their contribution to the campaign during the visit.

According to Oge, the group had earlier endorsed Soludo’s reelection but decided to walk the talk by donating to the campaign funds.

“The Governor has proven in just three years that he is indeed a blessing to Anambra State and since reward for hard work will always be more work, it has become imperative to allow him to continue the great job.

“Anambra has never had it so good since her creation. Soludo has positively impacted all sections of the State, everybody is happy with his administration.

First meaningful youth empowerment

“Even those going up and down pretending to be in opposition have benefited from his five star governance.

“This is the first time in Anambra State that the youths are being empowered to be useful to themselves and their environment through the novel 1 youth 2 skills program of Gov Soludo.

“There is hardly any family that has not benefited from the initiative, including non-indigenes,” he said.

Responding, the Governor applauded the group for willingly donating to his campaign funds, assuring continued responsible and responsive administration.

“This election is so symbolic and unique as individuals, groups and communities are now donating to my campaign funds without asking anything in return.

“I want to thank you and other groups and communities that have donated generously to my reelection campaign.

“Be rest assured that I’ll continue to offer Anambra State a responsible and responsive administration that both indigenes and residents alike will be proud of.

Deputy Governor, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim and other government functionaries were present during the presentation.

Other members of the group who accompanied the leader to the visit were Nwanba Stephen, Gabriel Obiagwu, Lady Chioma Onwe and some other officials.
