Anambra’s Solution Innovation District (SID) has been ranked among top three globally at the 2025 international Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) Inspiring Solutions Awards 2025.
The announcement was made during the IASP World Conference held in Beijing, China.
SID stood out among 80 other countries across the globe.
Reacting, the Wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo, expressed her pride in the state’s global recognition.
Soludo described the awards as a major step in Nigeria’s digital advancement.
“Anambra’s excellence shines again on a global stage!
“The huge recognition was specifically for the success of the ‘Anambra Digital Tribe’ model.
“Gov. Chukwuma Soludo’s administration has bold vision of building a one million Digital Tribe.
“He is positioning our youths as drivers of digital innovation and economic prosperity.
“Wins like this are not just mere validation of smart visions but a reward of our ambition of leading Nigeria’s digital future right from the home soil.
“Anambra is building strongly on each block of opportunity and the Solution Innovation District is doing a fantastic job to get us right where we want to be.
