A foremost political support group in Anambra State, the Sustenance of Faith in Governance (SOFIG), has felicitated with the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC for the November 8 Anambra Governorship Election, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu on his birth anniversary.
According to the support group, Ukachukwu’s life has been a blessing to humanity.
In a statement by its National President, Dr Kingsley Ezekwelu, SOFIG said Prince Ukachukwu’s life presents a model in hard work, faith, and a relentless desire to serve God and humanity.
The group acknowledged how Prince Ukachukwu popularly known as ‘Ikukuoma Ndigbo’ rose from obscurity by dint of hard-work, to become a respected business magnate, producing countless successful entrepreneurs who today testify to his mentorship, generosity, and enduring belief in lifting others to his own level.
According to SOFIG, Ikukuoma has never walked the path of success alone, but carries others along, giving them wings to fly.
The statement read in part; “Today, we join all men of goodwill to celebrate a quintessential leader, an industrialist per excellence, Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu, MFR, FNIPR ‘Ikukuoma Ndi Igbo,’ as he marks his birth anniversary.
“He is known to many as a philanthropist without borders, his generosity cuts across class, tribe, and creed.
Refuge to downtrodden
“For the downtrodden, he has been a refuge; for widows and orphans, he has been a provider; for countless youths within and outside Anambra State, he has been a source of empowerment.
“To encounter Prince Ukachukwu is to encounter kindness, warmth, and genuine care. His life mirrors humility, integrity, and selflessness.
Apart from being philanthropic, the group cherished Ukachukwu’s God-fearing nature.
“A man deeply rooted in faith, his every action reflects his reverence for God and his desire to see humanity flourish under divine guidance.
“His heart beats not for personal gain, but for service, justice, and peace.
“He is a unifying force, a bridge builder, and a lover of harmony in a world often divided.
“As a mentor, Prince Ukachukwu has raised not only business leaders but also political disciples, showing them that leadership is not about personal enrichment but about service and legacy.
Excellence in politics
It further noted, “In politics, his mission has always been clear: to replicate the same excellence that brought him success in business, by building a society where opportunities abound, where every citizen can thrive, and where Anambra becomes a shining example of prosperity, peace, and security.”
The group said with his position as the APC standard bearer for the Anambra Governorship Election, Ukachukwu’s vision burns even brighter, with a promise of a homeland where infrastructure supports growth, where industries spring forth, where young people find employment and purpose, and where peace reigns in every community.
Ukachukwu’s dream, the SOFIG noted, is not just to govern but to transform, to fetch an enduring legacy of service, friendship, and humanity.
They prayed that the years Ukachukwu had dedicated to touching lives, building opportunities, creating avenues for empowerment, and ensuring that the dreams of many find a place to flourish, will smile back at him during the November election.
“Your life stands as a testament that true leadership is not measured by titles or positions, but by the number of lives transformed and communities uplifted.
“This is wishing you a Happy Birthday Sir, and may your kind increase,” the SOFIG statement concluded.
