The Association of Retired Permanent Secretaries of Anambra State, (ARPAS), has extended warm felicitations to the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo on the occasion of his birthday.
In a message jointly signed by its Chairman, Nwabuonu Ogbaji, and Secretary, Ferdinand Obi, the association described Governor Soludo as a “distinguished economist, patriot and transformational leader”, whose service to the nation continues to inspire many.
The group praised the Governor’s pragmatic leadership and visionary policies, noting that his administration has rekindled hope in the drive towards a more prosperous, secure and progressive Anambra State.
“As stakeholders in the Anambra project, we are proud of the strides your administration is making across various sectors and remain confident that your legacy will endure for generations.”
While wishing him good health and divine guidance, the association expressed hope that the Governor would achieve even greater feats in service to the state and nation.
