UEFA Champions league

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) advanced to the Champions League final with a 2-1 home win over Arsenal, securing a 3-1 aggregate victory.

Fabián Ruiz and Achraf Hakimi scored for PSG, who missed a penalty moments before Hakimi’s goal.

Bukayo Saka pulled one back for Arsenal, but the Gunners were left to rue missed early chances.

PSG will face Inter Milan in the final on May 31 in Munich.

The French champions, chasing their first Champions League title, are eyeing a treble under Luis Enrique, having already secured the Ligue 1 crown and reached the Coupe de France final.

The win marks PSG’s latest success in a season reshaped after the departures of Mbappé, Messi, and Neymar.

Arsenal, who knocked out Real Madrid in the quarters, miss out on a return to the final 19 years after their 2006 appearance.
