The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has cleared Gov. Chukwuma Soludo to participate in the primary election ahead of the Nov. 8 governorship election in Anambra.
National Publicity Secretary of APGA, Mazi Ejimofor Opara, confirmed that over 3,260 delegates will participate part in the event holding in Awka on Saturday.
“Gov. Soludo who received endorsements from various groups and individuals for a second term, quietly picked up his expression of interest and nomination forms at the APGA National Secretariat in Abuja.

“The party’s National Working Committee, led by Ezeokenwa Sly, has officially certified him fit to participate in the primary election,” he said.
Opara praised the party’s leadership for committing to peaceful, stable, and transparent politics.
He also expressed confidence that APGA would continue to make a positive impact in the state through progressive leadership.
He added that with its emphasis on progressive governance and solutions-driven leadership, APGA is positioned to maintain its positive influence in Anambra State.
